A beach club with tables, Bali beds and sun loungers can't run its reservations on a spreadsheet: the floor changes every day and the team needs to see in real time what comes in, what's confirmed and where each guest sits.

The solution
We built a custom reservation system with an interactive floor plan: the team rearranges tables, Bali beds and loungers per date, assigns reservations by dragging on the map, checks the occupancy heat map and receives every new request instantly on every screen. Automatic email confirmations, a guest CRM, event management and a full audit trail.

The club's entire operation in a single real-time tool: less phone, zero double-bookings and a guest history that didn't exist before.
