The challenge
TaxiPoniente had an outdated website that didn't reflect its premium positioning and, above all, couldn't close a booking: everything ended in a phone call.
The solution
We redesigned the website from scratch and built the online booking flow: customers get an instant fare between towns and airports, choose vehicle and extras, date, time and location, then confirm and pay for their transfer without leaving the site, with real-time service tracking. Every booking is also registered automatically in the system the cooperative already used, thanks to the connection with its API.
The outcome
The website went from brochure to sales channel: transparent instant fares, bookings that flow straight into the dispatch system, and an image worthy of a premium transport service, with per-town landing pages for local SEO.
